Another one of my OCs. Name: Deaglan Hoppsbury Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight Backstory: Deaglan was born in Dupinland, a large island halfway across the world from Vandalia. His family was in great poverty, so Deaglan ran away as a kid, hoping to make some money and a name for himself. He went all the way across the world to Shinobia. A mischievous, fun-loving type, Deaglan enjoys making some trouble with the military police and stealing food. He currently hides out in the slums of downtown Shinobia. Here, he was caught stealing a grocery bag from an elderly woman by an MP officer, Akagi. Music is Oh Susanna (Old American folk song.) OC inspired by @BerryPawFox.
