It's Space Invaders... in a sprite speech bubble! Use the left and right arrows to move the player. Press the up arrow to shoot. Press the I key to invert the dark and light pixels during game play. That's about it!
Unfortunately, this project is a terrible mess on a tablet (and possibly on many computer displays).
