so i did the new wacky trend of shops because reasons the only way you're getting these items is by completing quests given by R. the quests mainly consist of fighting someone's character. once you complete the quest, you need to show proof of its completion, then R will give you the item. if you need a more clear description of an item and what it does, simply ask R. a reserved item cannot be bought by others. it's reserved for the one doing the quest. you can donate an item to R, the only requirements being a description about itself and what it can to do.
