Bugs are cool enough as is, but what if a bug could punch you in the face???? That's the kind of question I'm out to answer! BIO: Celosia is a pretty bug-like Pokemon in more ways than just her typing: flighty, single-minded, and with a habit of obliviously wandering into private places and then acting like she owns them. Her whole existence seems to be dedicated to completing a mission of some kind, though nobody's sure exactly what it's supposed to be (and, just between you and me, she hasn't exactly been making much progress with it). Every step she takes is carefully charted and planned to make sure it's the right one, and she rarely stops to interact with other Pokemon who aren't an immediate concern of hers. Well... most of the time, anyway. Every so often, she'll stray from her rigorous path, just out of repressed curiosity. You might even catch a glimpse or two of her real personality under there! And these lapses in her dedication have only been happening more and more often lately. After all, once you get a taste of freedom, it can be hard to want to obey any longer. BACKSTORY: As far as Celosia is concerned, the vast majority of her life has just been a pleasant haze. She remembers being happy, and loyal, and a dedicated worker, but the unimportant details like names and faces just blend together. Up until a point, that is. One day, she found herself suddenly and forcefully torn from her trance after stumbling into a swirling portal deep in the woods. As soon as she arrived on the other side, in a strange sunless world, everything became so much clearer. She could finally see things the way they were - think for herself, even! With this newfound freedom, Celosia... immediately panicked and fled back to the familiar Light World. But things were never quite the same, and for reasons that she's still very cagey about, she wound up returning to the Dark World at some point. Honestly, she's pretty cagey about a lot of things - exactly what she did for a living that had such a tight hold on her mind is a big one - but most Pokemon just shrug off her ramblings and move on.
