In 2032, the average WMD (Considering that humans found out how to weaponize Cosmic and Seismic activity, We will not simply say "Nuclear Bombs") Is about 2x the size of the most powerful Tsar Bomb. Most tests are conducted in what was once Tibet. Tibet was destroyed years ago, however, when the United States decided that they had enough of China demanding the money that was owed. The US then proceeded to use an asteroid to blow most of the country's western region, not that west China really mattered. The asteroid left Tibet in a big bowl shape. Radiation cannot escape the bowl, so China, still recovering, lets other countries utilize the area, for a price. You get to drop the Scripter Nuclear bomb. Have fun!
