BIO: Kris is just as sweet as his sugary appearance would have you think - energetic, curious, and overbearingly friendly to pretty much anyone who so much as crosses his path! He's constantly on the move, exploring any nook or cranny he can weasel himself into. Light World, Dark World, it doesn't matter. It's all just so amazing! Of course, this means that he often finds himself caught in situations that he really shouldn't be in (he's gotten stuck after climbing trees more times than he'd like to admit). Especially considering the fact that he's... not the brightest Volbeat in the hive. But, hey, he's made it through worse! BACKSTORY: As it turns out, there's actually a very good reason for Kris' boundless curiosity and notable bluntness. Back when he was just a kid, too young to remember clearly, he was kidnapped by a mysterious Pokemon (though the way he describes it makes them sound an awful lot like Misery... strange...) and imprisoned in an equally mysterious place. He doesn't know exactly where it was, just that it was a dark room that he couldn't leave when he wanted to. His captor kept him there for a good portion of his life, taking decent enough care of him but never telling him what was going on. One day, though, that all changed. Something big must have happened, because the Pokemon who'd captured Kris left in a frantic hurry one day. In their rush, they left the usually-locked door wide open, and the Furret hybrid took the chance to escape. And what a world he found when he did! The sun! The plants! The wind in his fur! It was all so... so big! He had to take advantage of his newfound freedom, and so he decided to make the very most of every day from then on. After all, you never know when you'll have to go back.
