Another project for @s_federici's challenge, "No variables, thanks!": https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/34043/ This means, I use no user defined variables or lists in this project. Furthermore, I use no extraneous sprites, or even custom blocks (with inputs). I'm hoping @s_federici adds my project to the studio. All code by me (@kriblo). Art is copied from the original game (Space Invaders, 1978). Sounds are from @RokCoder's Space Invaders: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/384762400/ Use left and right arrow keys to move, and space or up arrow key to shoot. This is a no bling project. But at least, no cats have been abandoned in it.
Updated later in the day, 14 april 2020: Added sounds from @RokCoder's Space Invaders, https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/384762400/ Update 16 April 2020: Yeah! This project was added to the studio "No variables, thanks!", which was my goal with the project. #interactive #examples #description(An interactive demo of how game such as Invaders could be constructed without using variables or lists. Just for fun.)
