I can't draw that well on Scratch (YET), to I just used a Free Base, lol
Her name is Bird ' Watcher, and I actually made her on Roblox a while back. That might be why she looks TO blue. I tried going on a lighter blue, but she just looked weird like that. So anyway, if anyone has an idea on how to edit her to not look such like a Mary-Sue, please let me know!
