This was found on a video called "Publicités TF! Jeunesse octobre 1998 (Incomplet)". As the video title implies, it is a incomplete recording of a commercial break from a TF! show from october 1998. During one commercial, the VHS gets cut off. Also, the tape glitches every few seconds.
