When her family moved away and left her, she and Lola learned what life really meant Lola- see Freckles Sparkwing- older she-cat, and the mother to Squirrel and Flames Heather- stylish teenage tabby, met Freckles and Lola when Lola was a young kit, just after their owners had left them, and trained her new friends to fend for themselves. They've lived together ever since!
