New scratchers will not be accepted (unless they have been around for more than 5 months) 2.) your weapon must NOT be overpowered. Overpowered weapons can be nerfed (make it less powerful), or not included, so in the meantime, you can change your weapon before the sign-ups close. 3.) your character must be made with vector, NOT an image.
