I couldn't think of a good background. Say hello to Blue, a young cyborg who had just discovered his true self. After finding out, he starts to malfuntion. When Blue was only three, he was taken in by Cyborg, an original member of the Teen Titains. When he turned 15, Cyborg finally told him how he was found. Cyborg was heading back to the base when a woman was fleeing from a group of villains. He thinks the woman never made it, but he did find Blue. Now, Blue is a member of the Teen Titains. While he saves other people, he becomes focus on his mother's whereabouts.
