Ok hi here's a dta (Draw to adopt) Rules - make however much art you'd like ^^ there isn't a limit - you can enter for as many characters as you'd like but can only win 1 - DON'T. CHANGE. THE. DESIGN. No exceptions. - pLEase don't change the species, you can do anthro though - no using bases - don't steal the designs if if you don't win - no tracing or art theft - don't copy the other entries - be nice and don't complain if you don't win - DO NOT TRADE OR RESELL THE DESIGN IF YOU WIN PLEASE
