This is an old translucency brush of mine. RGB up to 255 (i guess 256 was the alpha) (which is located on Translucency) Green Flag to change Background and Clear Screen.
I am finding that a lot of my instructions and notes are vanishing and that is infuriating. I know that I had them here before as I always put them, but both were empty when I came back to this later.
