Here's your toony tornado boi! + He's able to make his tornado hands bigger, and, of course, making tornadoes. + His "fluff" is actually a big storm cloud witch is always shooting small lighting, so I don't recommend touching it. XD + He always has debris on his twisters. OwO He doesn't have a name yet, so you decide that! OwO You can also change a bit the design, he is yours now! ^^
