I'm BACK (pfft was I ever really gone) and I'm so glad all o' y'all are safe! But, while I was gone, some terrible things happened. To everyone reading this, I'm sure you know of a certain aMaZiNg roleplay called Captured! While I was absent, I was thinking over whether to create a sequel to it, since I am now in ownership of it and have a bunch of pLot stuff I want to do. (like I would /ever/ leave you on a cliffhanger about what happened to Shade, lol) I asked some of my friends, and with their opinions combined with mine I have decided that YES, I am going to make a Captured II! YEEHAW! ..So, what's the "terrible things" I mentioned above? Well.. many of you already know this, but for the people who don't: @charlies-hoodie has left Scratch. ;-;;;; I'm very sad (and mad at her parents >:0) but this arises another question. Silent, Charlie and her other OC's were a HUGE part of Captured. You can't really have a reboot of Captured without them. What should we do, then? I've come up with several options: and while some of them are less than ideal (*coughcough* pleasedontvotetokillthem *coughcough*) they are necessary. I have an opinion of my own, but since y'all are so epic I decided to give you guys a say in what I am to do! :D Here are the options: option 1) Pretend Silent and crew never existed. While I would absolutely hate for us to desert all our awesome stories together, we can't exactly just, you know, leave them behind in the plot, you know? Since there would be nobody to play them, there would start to be situations where "hey, Silent would totally say no to this" but he never does. Also, having an inactive leader of a tribe would be kind of hard, you know? option 2) I take ownership of the characters. I really don't want to have to kill or never-exist-ify Charlie's characters, since she would p r o b a b l y be mad at me ;v; If I took ownership of the characters, I could use them in roleplays where they would probably be needed and keep them in a steady role in the plot. Alternatively, I could give them to someone else Charlie trusts, like @snoopywoodstock13 (the owner of Ice and Frost) or @xzorial (the original owner of Captured and owner of Sky) :0 EDIT: whoops it'll just be me and Vi then, Zoria left ;v; option 3) I kill them. Charlie would most definitely be mad at me for this, and I rEALLY don't want Silent child to die ;;;v;;; But it may be necessary, and if you feel like this is somehow the right option, go ahead and vote for it. option 4) We restart the roleplay COMPLETELY from scratch (get it?) and forget all of our old characters. In other words, a complete reboot, with new characters. Sound never existed. Shade never existed. None of the epic bean children kiddos never existed.
