remix to design a hat to be unlockable in Sonic Petragon! but first, read the rules -----------------------------DA RULES-------------------------------- 1: it has to be a hat. it can have some stuff that dangles below or be a mask, but the main part of the item must be on the head. 2: It doesn't have to look good! we'll accept ugly MS paint-looking sprites or whatever else, as long as we like the idea. (of course we'll resprite it to look good but yeah) 3: In the notes and credits say who can wear the hat. some hats can be worn by everyone, some can only be worn by one person (like OVA knuckles in the corner) and some can be worn by multiple characters but not all 4. if not everyone can wear the hat, it has to make sense, and we may change this part of your submission if we feel it should be changed. 4: THE HAT CANNOT BE A RECOLOR OR COPY OF AN ALREADY EXISTING HAT. Use common sense and be ORIGINAL for once. 5: If you use a base or anything be sure to give credit to the OG. We don't want anyone stealing anything and starting drama. note: in the shop where you buy a hat it will say who made it.
