▼▼▼ oKaY so I actually entered in this lol- I love this bb’s design and she’s adorable and I super duper hope i win her and I super duper hope that this drawing is at least okay because honestly it’s one of the only things that I’m somewhat proud of. You can click to zoom in on the picture. :,) ~lEt’s get RiGhT iNtO tHe bIoS AnD BacKsTorIeS~ (badly executed keemstar reference) ~dtae character’s bio~ name: artemis gender: female sexuality: eRm- she’s lesbian and i hope that’s aight :) species: interchangeable- base unknown looks: she has a base of medium-length ivory fur with an abundance of complicated and contrasting orange, blue, and white markings. Her eyes are a super bright orange color and they seem to have flecks of yellowish amber up-close. She’s larger than average in the form she most often chooses to take- a cat. abilities: artemis is able to shapeshift, although she keeps her markings. She can not only turn into other animals, but objects as well. She can warp parts of her body at will. She can superwarp dimensions by running at high speeds. personality: artemis is calm and collected, though sometimes a little cold. She’s very kind, and a super logical thinker. She’s a modest girl, and admittedly super introverted and shy. ~added on oc’s bio~ name: fido gender: female (bear with me, hunny) sexuality: she’s a bisexual baby species: german shepherd (i love these dogs tbh) looks: she looks like a regular common german shepherd with a long caramel coat and cream tones in some places. She has a few dark brown markings on her body. Her eyes are a deep brown color. abilities: she’s a good hunter and has a strong sense of smell. A fast runner and agile swimmer, too. Basically what a regular german shepherd can do, she doesn’t have powers, exactly. personality: she always acts on impulse and is extremely playful and cheery. This can sometimes be a problem in serious situations. She’s a super loyal and helpful friend, but a tiny bit egotistical at times. ~the backstory~ Artemis, currently in her cat form, padded around the shoreline of a river. It was a quite blustery and warmly winded day, and the cool breeze that blew near the wide and twisty river was always a great way to cool down. Her whiskers twitched, and she parted her jaws a little bit to smell the scent of the reeds and flowers that was carried throughout the air. At the sudden sound of a load of twigs snapping in pieces and leaves crumbling, Artemis snapped up, twitching her tail at a rapid pace. The pupils of her pumpkin-spice eyes enlarged as she turned her head to face the shaky reeds behind her. A low warning growl rumbled in her throat, her pelt spiking up like a collection of thin pine-needles. Keeping her eyes on the shaky reeds, she stood up, widening her stance. There was a sudden blur of caramel fur, and Artemis, quite startled, jumped back, tumbling into the crystal clear water. It was cold and dark as she struggled to change her form to an animal that could swim easily. It wasn’t quite as easy as it would seem, with her flailing her paws about, trying not to drown as it is. She let her body fall limp, and she fell deeper into the cold water, squeezing her eyes shut. While she was unconscious, something dragged the large and quite limp cat out of the water and to the shore. “C’mon.. wake up! I- I didn’t mean to scare you-“ an animal yapped with sorrow in it’s voice. “Oh my lord-“ It began to prod at Artemis with it’s huge paw, and then with it’s soggy nose- yet no more soggy compared to the rest of it’s soaked body. Artemis sprawled awake, her eyes still shut, as she painfully spluttered out what felt like gallons of water. Slowly opening her eyes, she locked with those of another being. It was a dog. Still startled and in a state of shock, Artemis froze, seeming to sink back carefully into her form. Despite the cold water making her colorful pelt stick to her, she felt- strangely warm. “Aw- I’m not going to hurt you.” The dog whimpered in an impedimented stammer. “I’m gentle- I-I promise- and I’m sorry for scaring you- I was erm- lost.” A peacock-blue collar jingled on her neck. There was a silver tag on it, and engraved in the tag read the name “Fido.” Artemis blinked up, shaking her pelt out a bit. “Oh- uhm... It’s fine, really. I’m scared easily, no big deal...” Artemis paused. “I’m Artemis.” She introduced herself, scanning over the dog’s pelt. It was a little ruffled and soaked like her own, and one long ear was flopped a little bit. She seemed to have a wide smile on her face. “I’m Fido!” The dog chimed cheerily. Her tail wagged, splattering water about. Artemis slowly blinked and nodded in reply. “I haven’t seen cats like you around. You have so much.. color!” Fido’s smile grew wider, and her eyes just seemed so interested in every small fidgeting move that Artemis made. “I’m- not a cat, exactly, but uhm- Thanks? I’m not from around here though.. I’m.. yeah.” (Continued below.)

▼CONTINUED BACKSTORY. READ THE FIRST PART IN INSTRUCTIONS FIRST. Thank you. :) Credits below.▼ ~continued backstory~ Artemis calmly spoke. She was still quite weary of whatever was going on, and it was extremely visible in the shaky way she sat and the habits of her blinking. Fido, on the other hand, seemed extremely excited about meeting Artemis. Her navy collar’s pristine condition and her lack of scratches or scars of any type indicated that she didn’t exactly get out much. “Well- you sure look like a cat! But don’t worry, I’m cool with you guys. Unlike the other dogs. I just don’t see why they hate cats so much- always snarling and barking and screaming-“ Fido rambled. She looked around their surroundings in an uncharacteristically shy way as her tail continued to bounce from side to side. “Hey!” Fido suddenly turned her head to Artemis. Artemis shifted on her haunches, tilting her head in question. “You wanna be friends with me?” Fido asked, pushing her long snout closer to Artemis’s sharp and somewhat flat muzzle. Artemis inhaled quite sharply at the sudden approach. “Wh- friends? What’s a friend?” She asked. Fido gasped, dramatically hopping back, yet still, somehow sitting. “You don’t know what a friend is? Jeez, you really aren’t from around here, are ya, Arty?” Fido said. “Don’t ever call me that ever again for as long as I’m alive.” Artemis grumbled. She wasn’t mad or annoyed in any way, just extremely embarrassed. “Erm- Okay! But seriously, you’ve gotta be friends with me!” Fido chirped, her floppy ear twitching up. “O-okay-“ Artemis shifted her paws as she spoke in her calm mew. “Let’s.” Her ears forwarded their direction and her thin lips flipped up into a grin. She looked into Fido’s wide brown eyes, which were filled with what looked like pure joy. Fido quickly touched her nose to Artemis’s. “Oh! Thank you, thank you, thank you!” She yipped. “Y-you’re my first friend, I’ve never had a friend before! T-this is amazing, I-“ She cut off her sentence with an ecstatic squeal. Artemis’s gaze softened, her tail slowly curling around her legs in her sat stance. “No worries, Fido.” ~the end; kind of. Or is it? :,)~ ▼credits▼ ○art by me ○one of the characters designed by @happysunny11 ○song is “the great divide” ▼notes▼ i swear to gosh if anyone understands the name references i will proceed to d|e of several non-existent yet still there emotions (kinda)
