The "Surface z layer" is the layer the block below you is at. The cables are very helpful to make tight machines like a screen.
its a sort of isometric tile placing game. place batteries wire led's. Pretty glitchy, and laggy... Its mostly a test. A bit confusing once you start to play, but it gets easier. I like to make led screens that glow in certain patterns when i place the battery.
