Description

Disclaimer: This project was not intended to instill fear or uncertainty in anybody. I made the animation more dramatic because I wanted to take a more engaging approach at microbiological activity. Thanks! If you're interested in learning more about bacteriophages, here is an excellent video by Kurzegesagt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YI3tsmFsrOg _____________ Animator's Note: This animation was made for a biology project, but I decided to upload it to Scratch because I thought you might enjoy it. The lytic cycle is a process in which a virus enters the cell, reproduces, and blows up the cell membrane. This animation is about the bacteriophage, a virus that targets bacteria. I dramatized the process to make it more entertaining. Sound effects retrieved from soundbible.com and Sylwester Fraustmann ______ Credits: Thumbnail text from cooltext.com #Dhilly #Science #Animations #Bacteriophage #Biology #Virus #Bacteria
