Just run the program, wait a few seconds, and.... Remember when we'd say approximately how many times each second Scratch (or a computer, or a robot, etc) checks its inputs? This little program counts how long it takes Scratch to run a sensor loop one million times (that value is stored in the Run Time variable), then calculates the rate at which the loops were executing (in loops per second). Notice the difference from one day to the next or see how much longer it takes when you're using the R/L arrow keys.
