Well, looks like Ross tried to make an announcement to an entire mall. It also looks like these robots aren't a big fan of announcements. The noobs found this as an opportune time to attempt to trap Ross a mall, of all places. A mall with killer defense systems. Which may or may not follow you out of the mall.
