And, we're finally done! I really love how well this turned out, but I can still see spots where I could improve haha and I gave up on the flapping curtain animation... Anyway, here's a basic overview of what's going on here. Annabelle, (A character in my major WIP novel) is basically trapped somewhere she doesn't want to be due to other people making choices for her. The idea was that she would be safe where she was sent, and she could also be a spy there. She never wanted to go to this place, but a majority vote by her companions landed her in the situation. She's expected to give her companions information, but she's struggling to maintain her cover and safety. A few people have realized that there's a mole in the palace, and even though they don't know it's her, Annabelle is close to being discovered. Her companions are too far away to rescue her, so she's left to fend for herself. Her only protection comes from a young royal, but she doesn't know if she can trust him and if he discovers Annabelle's secret, will he still be willing to help her?
