We should use the cart thingies from Sunset Park in Balloon Panic Zone cause they're really fun to ride and fit the theme really well! here's a little thing I made showcasing all 4 playable characters in the carts, spinning and sitting. CREDITS: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Thumbnail Ground, Thumbnail Balloons, and the cart thingy all made by SEGA.
