Splapp's OS is one of the 2nd most complex, feature filled, simple to use os's in the Scratch world, it has over 20 programs, an easy to use GUI, and was the first OS to use a multicoloured paint brush (That I know of), It has been on scratch since 4th December 2014 and is still being updated, Enjoy! :D Featured - 25/4/14 - 15/5/14 All remixes from the 20th of july and erlier are broke, sorry...
