The golden embers engulfed him. The air was hot and smoke clogged his throat as he tried not to cry. Flitting around trying to gather as many animals and plants as he could was tiring. They all ran to the cave and coughed, with tears streaming down their face as they watched their only home being destroyed. And just as mysteriously as he appeared, he was gone. He started traveled around the world, looking for any natural disaster to help around, and he became fonder and fonder of this planet earth. At first, his family forced him to move planets, but they reached earth and he decided to stay. He is not from the planet, but he decided to stay. He valued others lives more than his own, and he picks up trash and helps with natural disasters. He named himself Ember in memory of the natural disaster he first helped with; a forest fire. One night, in Canada, he was in a forest taking a walk. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted something sparkling and golden. Tiptoeing to the light, he felt something wet, like water. He looked down in awe at the golden river, and stepped in it. The eerie coldness of the liquid crept up his skin. He stepped back in shock. Ember could feel the surge of energy rushing through his blood, to his eyes, all through his veins. Thanks for reading this far! I am personally proud of this art,, I hope you like it.
