A little context as to whats going on: Lilliane always liked the idea of being a short haired female, so she cut it. Her dad was against it at first, but learned to love it. Her mom however, didnt like it. You see, her mom believes in female stereotypes such as, ladies should have feminine names, voices, only wear feminine clothes and have long hair. So, Mrs. Morkson repeatedly called Lilliane her son even though Lilliane asked her mom to refer to her as her daughter. Also, this is in the beginning of 3rd year, and Lilliane had recently been diagnosed with anxiety. Mrs. Morkson believes that she has nothing to be anxious about and accuses her of faking it. Halfway into 3rd year, Mrs. Morkson passes away and some falsely accuse Lilliane. Mr. Morkson stands by Lilliane's side, knowing his daughter wouldnt kill anyone. Lilliane wins the trial and is determined innocent.
