In case it's not clear (probably isn't...), here's the main idea of what happens in the animation: (Note, you won't understand unless you watch the whole thing). So a new kid moves into the neighborhood, and right off she's really mean to the kids who live there already. She torments them (cue the snowman), and basically the kids get fed up with it, and want to get revenge... As they go and get their plan in motion, they see the kid being punished unfairly by her guardians, and they realize that maybe she's not all bad. They cheer her up, and they become friends, and that's the end of the story...until a new kid moves into the neighborhood...
