Oil Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Oil Slider. A.I.: Jumps, spawns oil Blobs every 3rd jump, where more appear the more damage he takes, then slides towards you. Speed Gear: Slides at a moment's notice, at a fast pace starting slow, followed by quick jumps.
