FOR ART: Make the art using 3 different colors, no more, no less. You cant use different shades of one color counting as one color however. FOR PROGRAMMING: Pick only 3 different color groups and use only those 3 groups in your program (See inside to examine the groups) NOTEBLOCKERS/Any other kind of scratcher: Combine the art and programming rules to do whatever you want.
