▼▼▼ okayokay so apparently now skylar, my oc, finds species and things from traveling into far off worlds and lands so much- I mean c’mon, with infinite data, she’s bound to find something cool- So here’s what I came up with- species information: (Currently closed. I’ll make a proper project later, but for now, without explicit permission, you are not able to create one.) Drochipards- a bipedal species that is somehow seemingly between mammals and amphibians. Their fur acts as a wet suit, and is pretty water resistant. They can hold their breath for a very long time as well. Drochipards are able to reach top speeds of 40mph in the water, and on land, they can run up to 30mph. A Drochipard’s diet consists of mainly underwater growths such as seaweed, seagrass, and even algae. Though, many Drochipards eat freshwater fish as well. They have long fin-like whiskers on the tops of their eyes. These whiskers are used to specially sense thoughts and auras. Though, these thoughts are not easily communicated with others. Drochipards are a mostly a silent (but extremely smart) species; sometimes, they sense a thought that they’d probably rather not hear, if you know what I mean. Things like this stress them quite easily, which is why Drochipards are extremely solitary, naturally at least. They can be a variety of colors, ranging from bright blues and pinks to dark navies and greens. Drochipards naturally live in lakes and rivers, but only in freshwater. Sometimes they live in aquifers underground, or even in underwater caves. While most Drochipards take to this natural lifestyle, some have modernized and taken to society and technology, living alongside humans and other creatures. relations with skylar (oc): Skylar was the first to discover Drochipards, and actually the one to name the species. She spent four months studying them alone at the age of 13. (8 years away from present day, in cmrp.) Years later though in present day, she does eventually meet up with a Drochipard that she knew when it was merely a hatchling. (The one in the picture.) She names the Drochipard Atlas, but gives her the nickname of Atty. Now around present day, Skylar and Atlas are pretty good comrades. :) Though, when hanging out with Skylar and Skylar’s friends, Atlas easily gets stressed because- y’know, after all, Drochipards can read thoughts easily- ▼▼▼
