Description

P O R T A L Use the arrow buttons to move. MOBILE FRIENDLY! If you go into a portal, you should appear at the other end. Of course, this is heavily set in a certain way - by that I mean that you couldn't move the portals around and have the same effect. I am working on that ;) In the end, I figured out a simple way to make the portals work. - There is another player sprite which goes to the opposite X-position the player is in (another reason the portals aren't movable). It is hidden throughout the project. I have plans for it later. - There is also a white (almost invisible) thingy which is situated at the back of the portals. This is at the front, so you don't just randomly walk into the portal but it acts more like a door. There is a bit of code in the player that "When touching (portal thingy cover) and not touching (portal), go to (the other player sprite)" This means the player, which will be out of sight, will go to the opposite portal (which the second player is hidden at). - Honestly, this is just a rough description of the project. Go inside and see for yourself :P Credits: Me for all art and code Scratch library for the original scratch Cat (modified by me) Steam and Valve for the game Portal and Portal 2
