G-4037 "Garett Noneo" being an older model of neotropians, he was scrapped. however, he awoke due to a surge of crimson energy flying across neotropolis. powered by the soul of Garett, he teams up with Alex to achive many goals; 1: get his old body back. 2: beat the cripe out of Occulous. 3: get back at Umbreous, the one who trapped him in G-4037 to begin with.
