Instructions

No homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, etc. in the comments section, please. Friendly debate is welcome, if polite and respectful. Outright hate will be reported. -Sexualities- Homosexual: Someone who is attracted to the same gender. Heterosexual: Someone who is attracted to the opposite gender. Pansexual: Being attracted to people regardless of gender. Bisexual: Being attracted to 2 or more genders (sometimes with a preference). Asexual: Someone who does not experience sexual attraction. (Sometimes used as an umbrella term, like the "asexual spectrum", which includes other sub-labels) Demisexual: Someone who only experiences sexual attraction to people they have formed a close bond/relationship with. Abrosexual: Someone who's sexuality is fluid/changes. (These labels also ALL apply to romantic attraction. Someone's romantic attraction can be different from their sexual attraction. {Example: bisexual, aromantic.}) -Gender- Cisgender: Identifying with one's birth gender. Transgender: Not identifying with one's birth gender. Non-binary: Not identifying as male or female, and usually uses they/them pronouns. Genderfluid: Someone who's gender is fluid/changes. Intersex: Someone who's physical sex doesn't match their hormones or chromosomes. (I don't know how to explain that one very well). -Acronyms- LGBT+/LGBTQ+/LGBTQIA+: Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual/ally, and every other label. GRSM: Gender, romantic, sexual minorities. MtF: Male to female. FtM: Female to male. AMAB: Assigned male at birth. AFAB: Assigned female at birth. Put in the comments if you want me to add more definitions, and if so, what labels do you want to see? (Keep in mind these are just my personal definitions, or ones that I've seen other people use to explain them. But people use labels differently, and define themselves differently with what is most comfortable for them. Please respect others, and don't invalidate the labels they use. Everyone is valid!)
