He was going to be put to sleep just because nobody wanted him. My family took him in. We named him Russell. Russell was angel dog for the first few months, after that, he bit someone. We gave him another chance. He bit someone else. We had to put him down. We were told he was not a safe neighborhood dog. I called him Russell, the best dog in the world. It makes me mad that he was going to be put to sleep just because nobody wanted him.
