One phrase from the Scratch Community Guidelines comes to mind: If you steal an OC, you must give proper credit where credit is due. Too bad Grape Chikorita thought that Scratch was a place where you can steal an OC while getting away with it. Grape Chikorita proceeds to go with her myths, by saying that if you steal an OC from an inactive account, you do not need to give credit because the creator will not find out. As a result, Scratch Team gives Grape Chikorita a 7 day block, which Chikorita later finds out and grounds Grape Chikorita until the ban expires. Also, Chikorita adds a website to her blacklist in the web filter, which will be removed as soon Grape Chikorita's block expires.
