This was just meant to be a smooth animation. The man is trying to do exercises. He is not very flexible... This is mostly a test animation.
Update Feb.16, 2020 : added shadow on the man's head Looking back at this in 2025, omg the animation quality is so bad and the proportions are so off BUT this is top notch entertainment. I crying with laughter.
