A.K.A. Double Increasing Effort Number Evolution [Start to 0/Start to 0] Rules are same as IENE but you can evolve two numbers! Be sure to increase the effort to the number you're evolving. You can evolve one number or both! And don't be afraid to add music. But be sure to not delete any music unless the export size is too big.
