You can skip the Austin part by pressing Z Espeo is not a shopkeeper, he is imprisoned with Austin because he refused to lock him up. Eventually, an army was needed to lock them up. But they failed, and Bendy and Sumawu were the ones that locked them up. Espeo showed no resistance, but Austin was tiring.
