So this is it huh The two characters in this project are the same person. In order of appearance, their names are Doscren and Kamen Rider Off-Pin, both of which go by the title of the Chaotic Wizard due to a majority of their spells being based on changing the environment around them along with light and dark special attacks. Doscren/Off-Pin throws the "overly chaotic, overly hyperactive" character trope for a loop though: despite being inherently chaotic, Doscren/Off-Pin still have a loose sense of morality[being a Kamen Rider and all that would imply this anyways], only pulling small pranks to see people smile. So unlike any other chaotic character that may come to mind [like Jevil], Doscren/Off-Pin doesn't have any sort of true insanity or any destructive intent due to being chaotic.
