All by me, Locomule Specifically, I created the 3d model in Wings3d, textured it via Photoshop, and converted it all into a printable model using Pepakura Designer... http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/ Update: This was my first paper model design. As a kid, I always wanted to do models but never did. But I did end up playing a LOT of Quake I. One day, I found an internet page... http://cow.mooh.org/paper/ ...where someone had ripped the game models for the Quake I marine, Dimensional Shambler and items from other games and converted them into fold-able paper models. I was stoked and made the Quake stuff (press "1" to see my paper Quake models). Eventually, I found and made the actual Link from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. (press "2" to see someone else's version. Mine is holding his sword but I don't have a photo of mine available at the moment) That is when I discovered that the game model's legs are not actually connected to the body, lol. Glue solved that issue. Later, I discovered that people were using Pepakura to design and make really cool paper models. I got it and this little zombie was my first original design. I am an artist of many mediums and have come to know other artists over the years via the internet. One of my internet friends is an internationally known Visionary artist named Chris Dyer. I decided to make Chris a gift, artist to artist, so I took one of his 2d Murals and made it into a 3d digital model. Then I used Pepakura to convert it into a printable paper model. I think it took 26 sheets to print all the parts, and months to fold and assemble them all. Chris liked it so much, he said, "When you finish it, send it to me and I'll paint it and we'll call it a collaboration instead of a gift to me." Chris is a really cool person, as you can see! (Press "3" to see this model.) Anyway, my main point is that you never know where life will lead you. Which is why every chance you get, follow your passions.
