To see more art pieces, click Zia AND the background. - Name: Zia Gender: Female Species: Mage (specializes in Soul Magic) Age: 13 (cat years) Personality: Brave, reckless, greedy for power, ambitious Lemme explain what a mage is. Basically, a mage is a cat that can do magic. Each mage specializes in one kind of magic, thats the only magic they can preform. Healing, shapeshifting, soul magic, etc. Soul magic, Zia's magic, is basically she has a bunch of those blue orb thingies. She can capture other mage's (and other creatures') souls with them. Their souls go into the orb thingy and get trapped there. Then, Zia can choose whichever orb that the soul's magic is related to to preform that spell. Like if she wanted a healing spell, she could capture a doctor, medic, or healer mage's soul then use it for the spell. Once she uses the orb that their soul is trapped in, say bye bye. Now, story time! - Zia smiled, pulling her cape and hood over her. She walked towards the palace walls. As she looked up at the high walls, she started toward the golden gate. The guards immediately let her pass, as she was wearing the high guard's cape, she got it after she trapped him in her soul orb. She nodded to them as was the courtesy of entering the gate, they did not notice her eyes since the hood covered them. She was heading to the healer's room. If she couldn't take down the healer, she would take a healing potion. She entered the castle, and after quite a few twist and turns through the halls, she finally climbed the stairs. As she neared the top, she took her hood off. She perked her ears, listening intently. "Comferey, lilac petal, and willow sap. That will do." she heard Lily, the healer, say. She knew that Lily wasn't a mage. They were just your average healer. Zia entered the room. "Oh hi H-" she turned around. She froze in shock. "Wait. Your not Hawk. Your that.. that outlaw! Zia!" she snarled. She slammed her paw on a button, and yowled, "GUARDS!". Zia snickered. "Not so fast..." she summoned a soul orb from nowhere. She held it up, and quietly chanted, "Soulis absorbis.." as she blocked the only exit from the room. Purple lightning crackled inside the orb, before reaching out and touching Lily. "NO!" she screamed, and as the lightning electrocuted her, she disappeared. Zia looked into the orb, and there she was, she saw Lily staring up at her in horror. She had power over her. If she really had a bad grudge against the cat, she would just smash the orb right then and there. But she had better uses for this orb. As she was about to leave, the guards came in. She pinned her ears back. "You..." The first one growled, a dark grey male with piercing blue eyes. "Chain her up." The second one hissed, a white female with light purple eyes. Zia tensed as she saw what chains they brought. Mage chains. They would minimize her magic, as they were enchanted. The female lunged at her, and she unsheathed her claws. However, while she was occupied, the male put her chains on. She shrieked in pain. On the inside were Darkvine thorns. They would seep all her magic that she had trained for out of her, and after that, seep the energy out too. After a long walk, she was tossed into the prison. They chained her back legs too. She struggled and fought and wriggled, but they held her down. "We'll be back with your eternal punishment." The one that seemed to be the leader mewed. He then commanded the other guards, "Torture her. Have all the fun you want. She is our lowest prisoner here." They smiled at that command. They took her orbs, and they even attacked her as she was too tired to even try and fight. But what came next was worst of all. The leader came in with a small bucket of... snake poison. "Prepare to go blind." he laughed. He splashed it at her face. She screamed, it stung her eyes. When it finally came off, she looked around in horror. She couldn't see everything! They half-blinded her! But she looked down, and realized it had melted the chains. The thorns had formed a bracelet around each of her legs, but she would fix that later. She dove for the soul orb that contained Hawk, the lead guard and soldier. She then got to a corner. "Stay away, and let me leave, or I will end all of you." she hissed in a low voice. The leader stared at her in the eye confidently. "No. You will hand that over now, or face the whole of the guards." he mewed calmly. Zia sighed. "You leave me no choice." she waved her paw over the orb, and for the last time, she smiled with evil glee at the scared, little, helpless Hawk that looked back at her. "APARATUS FOLUMUS!" she shouted, and she threw the orb down at the floor. It shattered, electrocuting all of them besides Zia. She calmly walked out of the smoke, leaving her paralyzed victims behind. She dashed out of the castle before any cat noticed, though she knew they would quickly come for her. She ran to the forest. She then stopped and looked at the soul orb containing Lily. "I'm not sorry." she hissed at it. "Thornis avas." she mewed calmly. The orb dissolved into smoke. It left her thorn bracelets behind, but they wouldn't hurt anymore. She looked in the castle's direction. "I will get my revenge." she hissed, before dashing into the forest. - Ahh I worked really hard on that, so I hope you like it! Could you tell me if we're allowed to do short animations or mes, because I have some in mind for her! I love my new edgy little girl. If you see this (to anybody) could you maybe give me some critique on the first or second (preferably first) art piece? Also ignore the backgrounds when giving critique.
