His power is the ability to transform into light and make balls of light so powerful, they can take a whole group of people out in just one hit. But the Powerballs are only used one at a time 'cause the Powerballs take a matter of time in order to make more Powerballs.
Backstory: A few months before he came to the city ruins, Harvey was born as the runt of his litter. He never really played with his siblings; He was always busy doing his own thing. Whenever he'd not play with them, his siblings would tackle and make fun of him. The humans were really nice and always payed attention to him. The humans youngest daughter gave Harvey a home-made collar with different stickers all over. The humans were scientist and when Harvey got sicker, they gave them a shot of a Glowing-Yellow serum to save his life. As the war began to grow overtime, his mother new it wasn't safe where they were. So she got Harvey's siblings... and left Harvey behind. Harvey ran off to get away from some of the chaos and to find something to eat. He was found by enemy soldiers that were about to shot him but Harvey then closed his eyes, waiting for them to shoot but when he opened them, he was glowing as bright as the sun and he was able to escape. After a month of walking, he went to the nearest city and slept. He awoke to the sound of paw steps walking up to the ally were he was. he tried to hide but was found by a husky, Blizzard. She took him to the City Ruins Pack to tell Kadut about it. Kadut agreed to let Harvey join and have Blizzard mentor him. As he and Blizzard hung out more, he then thought of her as a sister. After a couple of weeks, Harvey asked if he can be her brother. Blizzard then said yes and this brought Harvey joy. Now Harvey has for what he always wanted... A loving family.
