This is just a clone test for motion blur, so there's no better way for a Kamen Rider fan like myself to do it than with a Kabuto OC. This is my unnamed moth rider, and because he doesn't have a proper name yet, I just call them Moth Rider. Basically, capes make animating motion blur a bit harder. Basically: Filler project
