Toad Man is a Robot Master made by Dr. Cossack after Wily kidnapped Cossack's daughter and blackmailed him. He uses the Rain Flush A.I.: Jumps around then uses his Rain Flush unless he is hit and rinse and repeat Power Gear: Creates an acid hurricane that will either try to suck you in or blow you away. Acid drops will come out from the hurricane at random.
