So... I made my part! <3 He is suposed to be a divine wind wolf. The body is, as you see, covered with a tornado, and he uses it a bit as a shield. He has a lot of tattos, having swirls on eyes and tail, and tornado tattos at the legs. The small collar he has brings him luck, and it's the main font of his wind powers.
