---WORKS ON MOBILE--- Welcome to HOI4 Scratch Edition! Press "Start Game" and Click on any country flags' you want to play as. Then double click "Play" To do diplomacy, double click on a country's name to rsee their stats + more! See the 'gamebar' to see options for your own country. Click on your country's name to see your army size. Click on your country's flag to do decisions and see your government. > Tank: Click this to recruit units > Factory: Click this to build military and civilian factories > Production: Click this to produce equipment for your army. > Research: Click this to research equipment. Army: To invade a country you must click on a country's name and click "Declare Wae" It will take 2 months (wip) and when that is finished, you will get a notification to declare war on whatever country. Your army will automatically invade them but it depends if your army is bigger than their's. Navy: WIP but will add naval provinces soon. Airforce: WIP AI: Every country will have a random chance to invade a country and build an army up like in real life. Modding: If you want to mod the game you can just put it in the "HOI4 Steam Workshop" group or it will be UNOFFICIAL.
DevLog: Alpha 0.1 - Colored in the countries, added a crappy UI design, Added France, Added Germany (unplayable so far), Colored in most of the ocean, Added a crappy gamebar UI that will be fixed soon, Germany AI almost done, Sound effects. Alpha 0.15 - Fixed the military factory glitch. :DDD Alpha 0.17 - Did half of the Mediterranean and added a few new GFX changes. Not done yet Alpha 0.19 - Added pulloutbar for France and more gfx Alpha PRE0.2 - Finished the political map. Working on army map for 0.3. (Update 2) - Added army map. Alpha 0.2 - Added the tutorial. ;D Alpha 0.21 - Added Support Equipment. Is very buggy and I might have to change how the military factories work. Alpha 0.22 - Broke the military factories. Spent 2 hours trying to fix it and Scratch logic was very stupid and I couldn't get it to work. Tomorrow I will have to do a overhaul on the entire system which will be very hard and will take blood, sweat, and tears. :(
