press the green flag to begin and use the arrow keys/space to navigate :) hello everyone! welcome to drawing tips & tutorials part two. this is much later than I meant to get this out, haha. please let me know what other ideas you have for this series! these first two ideas were the only ones i came up with (with the intention of coming up with more ideas as i worked on these two) and now that i'm not on winter break anymore i have much less time and energy to focus on this. hence why i've been a bit late with number two ^^; but i'd like to keep making these! also let me know if you'd be interested in any sewing projects or tutorials... i've gotten very interested in that over the past year or so and i would love to share it with you guys! resources and credits are below vv Just realized while writing the below description that I was using capital letters :') Maybe it's time to forgo to lowercase aesthetic? Ah well. Another way to get references is to take them yourself! Struggling with a pose and can't find a photo with it anywhere? Take a mirror selfie in the pose or use self-timer! Look at your hands when you're struggling with that too (I've done this a lot!) Sometimes just getting up and acting out the pose can help you better understand how it works. Remember when taking pictures of poses etc. to be relaxed and natural in order to get the best representation! Here's an old project I made on citing sources if you're interested: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/118224250 I highly recommend taking a look at this project about using tracing to improve! https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/390352923/ Here are some websites to get reference photos that aren't copyrighted like Google Images can be: https://www.flickr.com/creativecommons/by-nc-sa-2.0/ https://pixabay.com Here's a list of some more sites as well: https://www.arttutor.com/free-photos Note that these websites might have mature content. Be sure to enable safe mode and be careful with what you search! Just like Google Images.
