Island of Agapi has been peaceful for years, and the inhabitants want to keep it that way. Despite just tiny criminal activity (like maybe stealing, but that's rare), people live in unity and understanding. The most brave souls sail out to sea, to find a lost treasure -- the Treasure of Erin Ramsey, a well-known sailor that lived years ago, and is a local legend-- even though he died around 100 years ago. But aside from that, nothing really interesting is going on. But the people of Agapi look out for each other, no matter what.

I think I went over the top with him I was originally gonna go with a simpler look Oh well He's from a wealthy family anyways I hope it's okay for him to be from a different island He's suppose to be British-ish, so Celio probably will speak some slang in British (i looked up some slangs, and I hope I use them right, haha) I dunno if Celio should have a sibling Eh, I guess I'll just leave that open for anyone.
