When Foxen got the right to produce the Land Rover Defender, it started making a few changes, changing the lights with leds, and giving it a supercharged Hemi engine. This supercharged model was made specially for the Fox City Police Department (FCPD), and there aren't a lot of civilian vehicles like this.
